Possible to undo Fn-Ctrl swap on Middleton BIOS?

I have a 14.1" widescreen T61 Type 7663-04U which I updated with a Middleton BIOS awhile back. I currently have the Fn and Ctrl mappings swapped.

I want to revert back to default factory mappings and have tried flashing the BIOS with the regular Middleton BIOS and with the default Lenovo OEM BIOS.

I fully powered off after each successful flash but the keys are still swapped. I flashed each time using a bootable CD I burned from the available ISO images.

Have you tried F9+F10 in BIOS (Default settings) after each flash?
Otherwise try this:
- reflash first with a previous Lenovo BIOS, set Defaults F9-F10, try Fn + CTRL
- reflash first with Lenovo BIOS 2.29-1.08, set Defaults F9-F10, try Fn + CTRL
- there are two versions included in the Middleton download, check that you created the correct ISO without Fn/CTRL
- re-download from here if needed: http://ali.dj/blog/sata-ii-support-for- ... 61-x61-r61
- reflash with Middleton BIOS 2.29-1.08, set Defaults F9-F10, try Fn + CTRL

flashing the non-cntrl/fn swap middleton disc should be all you need to do. The lenovo bios may not change it back and even if it did, you'd lose the advantages the bios gives you.
