T61 series features

T61 anyone know what model series had all features including web cam, SIM card slot etc? also if I find say an W500 with these features can they be put on a T61 that didnt have them or does MB etc have to be made for recognizing these components? I have a W500 with these. also looking to upgrade to W520 possibly but still like the lower power use of T61 and lighter weight for most travel when High def graphics etc are not needed.

latest Thinkpad models I plan to get are W520. and all my TPs used currently are 15" display like T61 and up. any feedback welcome.

Only 14" widescreen T61 units are capable of running a webcam. As for the SIM card, that can be found on all three sizes of T61 but is not very common.

Thanks, sounds like I need to work on my W500 instead til I get a W520. shame they didnt do more with the T61 it was very cool for the time with the 15" display and all.
