How can I tell if my T60 running BIOS 2.27 already has the Zender SLIC2.1 no-whitelist BIOS?

I want to run that Zender BIOS on both my T60's:

1st: 1953CTO with 1.67 gigahertz Intel Core 2 T5500
BIOS: LENOVO 79ETE6WW (2.26 ) 04/01/2010

2nd: 2623D6U with 1.85 gigahertz Intel Core Duo T2400
BIOS: LENOVO 79ETE7WW (2.27 ) 03/21/2011

Is there a way to tell if the 2nd system already has the Zender BIOS?

Zender never put any Slic in his BIOS-mods, he only removed the whitelist!
Grab any Dell/HP/FRUIT/whatever non-IBM/non-Lenovo wifi card and try it in your T60.
If it works, then the whitelist has been removed.

Is there a way to tell if a SLIC is embedded in a particular BIOS?

Yes.
"SLIC Toolkit 3.2" checks the SLIC table, and also the Certificate file and Product key. I use it to back up the Cert and product key prior to reformatting or performing a clean install.
