Where does the black modem wire connect on the T61P?

I'm almost done reviving my Thinkpad T61P which died 5 years ago from the NVIDIA GPU thermal desoldering issue.

I am just about done reassembling everything, but I was wondering where the black end of the modem wire connects to? I couldn't find anything in the HMM, nor could I find any headers on the board that looked like they could connect to it.

Check roughly in the middle of the space under the wifi-card.
The modem slot-opening is almost hidden by the black tape covering the mobo.
