T61 keyboard+screen function's driver ?

Hello ( T61 14.1". 7663 )
I have an empty win7 64-bit install.( I'm new to T61. I have T23.)
What drivers must I download to get keyboard functions to show up on screen ?
- Like volume bar shows up on screen when keyboard's volume buttons are pressed...

On T23 this was possible but is it in T61 ?

I installed these in hurry yesterday ?:
1.) NVS 140M drivers 296.88 OK ( Graphic card )
2.) SoundMAX drivers OK ( Sound )
3.) Synaptics Pointing Device Driver OK ( Mousepad touch-thing )
4.) Lenovo Power Management Driver OK ( Power saving ? )

What else useful do I need ?

The easiest way is to install Visual C ++ 2010 (x86) - necessary, even for x64 systems

After C++ 2010 install and restart it worked

Now only the ThinkVantage-button does nothing ?
What to download to get ThinkVantage-button to work ?
