OTOH, if that machine still runs fine after all these years, it may have been treated kindly.
As there is no MTM-info available, check if it might not have Intel X3100 graphics.
I own 4 units w/nvidia (T61, R61) and 6 with intel (X61, T61, R61) - and the last system that died in my hands was an intel R61. Motherboards for those are so darn cheap you should always keep one as a spare. Or five.
I have got a nVidia R61 from George aka ajkula lately; it's a 10-years old non-safe-date unit that is under pressure all day long, and it does just fine. Just load in either voltage lowering bios or install proper software (nVidia inspector?), and you will prolong the life of the chip. Or, invest $15-20 and get a second board
