Ultrabay Slim HDD adapter for Y400/Y500 in T60?

Is it possible to fit Ultrabay Slim HDD adapter for Y400/Y500 into T60? All those Ultrabay Slim adapters look the same for me. I'd guess there are some changes to ATA/IDE interface position ... Expert insight needed ...

If the Y400/Y500 outside connector is identical to the T60 one (i.e. not SATA), probably.
