Could my good old T61 handle a 2,5" SSD?
I read often a Laptop must support this and that to not destroy a SSD by writing tons of stuff to it.
Does the SSD Manufactures fix that problem?
Thanks!

T61 + SSD?
Re: T61 + SSD?
Definitely, just make sure to install the Middleton BIOS to unlock the motherboard's SATA II speed capabilities.
There's good information here:

You'll be amazed at the performance increase compared to an HDD.

Re: T61 + SSD?
Currently i have a BIOS who unlock the Check for Wifi Cards.
Can i use that BIOS to or "relock" it?
(If someone interrest it I got a Internal Micro SD Card Reader who 2 Micro SD Card fit in. I use them as Cache for some Application that work perfect! The show up in Win7 as Drives but the are not Boot able.)
