AnandTech on Core Duo "bug," finds bug is Windows

This is a good read for anyone considering purchasing a T60. Tom's Hardware published a report saying that the Napa platform had a serious USB2 bug, but Anandtech's extensive testing reveals that this is not the case.

It is indeed a Windows XP SP2 problem with a temporary registry fix. There's no word on a permanent fix.

Featured are a T60 and a 43... enjoy! :)

Screw it...I'm going solar all the way now (not just for the portable ice maker I carry around to keep my T43 cool)

Nice find though K.Eng.

How 'bout them stillers?

I'm actually from Eastern PA so I usually root for the Eagles, but it is good to have a Pennsylvania team win the Superbowl :D

The Eagles are long overdue....would love to see them win one.

Ordered a T60 yesterday BTW :)

Estimated delivery is now 3/24/06 :(

Some good news coming out about them, though. :D :D
