Question about battery

I charged the T60 batteries two days ago and I notice that the remaining capicity is still the same as the full charge capicity. I also have a X22. The remaining capicity of new X22 batteries droped about 1% or more everyday and the battery was charged at 95%. I am just wondering if the T60 charges the batteries immediately when the remaining capicity drops so the remaining capicity is always the same as the full charge capicity. How can I set the batteries to be charged at 95% of the full charge capicity? Thank you.
