Hellion Prime of Ars Technica has posted some nice pictures and commentary on the 14" T60 series.

He really seems to like the build quality of the T60 , and his complaints are pretty much the same as everyone else: the Windows key placement, and the volume and ThinkVantage key.

Personally, I don't mind the volume and ThinkVantage key that much, though I still much much prefer the T4x versions, but the UltraNav on the T60 just doesn't look as elegant as the UltraNav on the T4x. There was just a nice evenness to the way the touchpad, touchpad keys, and TrackPoint keys came together on the T4x that is really missing on the T60. I have no idea what the designers were thinking.

One comment on those photos (and all online photos I've seen of the T6x): The blue enter key looks much more blue than it actually is. I think the flash accentuates it. The key is actually fairly dark. In a lot of normal lighting situations you almost wouldn't notice it has a different color. I'm guessing this is part of Lenovo's slow move away from Big Blue, figuratively and literally.

I was referring to the photos at the top of the thread. I hadn't checked your photos again, when I made my comments. You're photos do seem like they fairly accurately reflect the color of the enter key. I guess I should have said "most" or "almost all" photos online inaccurately reflect the color of the enter key. But not pundits!

Ditto on donking too. It seems everyone has been careful NOT to say this.. The [censored] carriage return is purple.

It has nothing to do with the camera. But if you must know, it's a now-aging Canon EOS 20D. If you referring to not just the T60p's pictures, it's various cameras and lenses, but most often my trusty Olympus c-5050z (a compact camera, as in "point and shoot" to the rest of the world---and the greatest camera ever made).
