Comparing the T series 14" and 15" notebooks I found a major build quality difference. The 15" was not well built to say the least, and used a cheaper plastic over the 14".

Is the same true with the T60 series ?

If you have one T40 series 14" (to compare against) and a T60 14 or 15" I would like your detailed opinion on the build quality.
Specifically.
does the palm rest flex down under light pressure ?
Does the top of the screen bezel flex easily ? near the latches
Is it metal like the T40 series on the top when closed or more plastic ?

Any build quality area where you think it could be more solid please note.

T60 14' build quality is better than T4x

I checked T60 14 inch in person. I believe the build quality is better than T4x. I myself own a T42 and a T43. Compared to T4x, T60 used thicker plastic parts. if one pushes the right edge of keyboard on T4x right above the CD-ROM bay, it gets flexed. T60 used thicker part, it won't flex. On my t43, the IR port is flimsy, but it does not happen on T60.
