ECB69E00-CCCDCCCD ? Files create in root of each partition!

I don't know why there is such files created in the root of each partition
of my hard disk. I guess this may be created during thinkvantage
security client solution services, or may not. I cannot delete those
files. Can anyone tell me why they are there? And how to delete
those files?
