Noob resolution question

Pardon my ignorance, but will text on a 15" SXGA+ screen appear slightly larger to the eye that on a 14" SXGA+ screen? I'm trying to decide which size to get but I'm afraid of small text.

Yes, text will appear slightly larger on a 15" display vs. a 14.1" display with the same resolution.

That being said, you could always set fonts to display in any size that would be comfortable for you on a 14.1" SXGA+ display, so you shouldn't let this matter be the primary reason for selecting one over the other.

(Typed comfortably on a 14.1" SXGA+ equipped T41p by an old blind person!
