Bad pixel!

I received T60($850 off 200764U) from Lenovo today,and checked a machine.
But unfortunately found one bad pixel(light blue) in the lower center area(One inch from a bottom edge).Clearly noticeable!!
This is the first time to have a bad pixel (1 out of 6 time purchases from Lenovo),so very disappointed!!
Maybe will return it,but not decided yet.

And noticed noisy harddrive(Toshiba MK1032GSX).
After I made a recovery disc,I replaced noisy Toshiba with Seagate 100G/7200.Got quiet than Toshiba.
Anyone,have a bad pixel?
How about your original harddrive noise?

I have one blue bright pixel and it sounds that it's approximately on the same place as yours. According to this forum it seems that many of 14" SXGA+ displays have had faulty pixels which is a bit strange?

There is another thread somewhere that says you need to have 12 dead pixels or something before Lenovo will replace.

If you do send it back, it will be interesting to see if they offer you the original price to buy another 2007-64U, as the sale has now finished...

I checked my TFT display made by BOE-Hydis.
How about yours?
You can check by following link 'part information',and search your FRU Number which you got in Lenovo web site.
Mine is 13N7061.

I will not try to ask Lenovo for replacement of machine, just return and get refund.
So next issue is how to get a cheaper model same as I got.
Maybe 2623D7U is best for me, from Lenovo or other cheap store.
