10.1.0.3 AP drivers for Intel 3945ABG?

The 3945 card on my new T60 seems a bit touchy compared to the 2915 card on my T43. Running a "repair" on the network connection fixed the problem once, but I have a feeling this card just needs a new driver.

when I ran the Software Installer, it claims that the installed version is "10.1.0.3 API" while the recommended version is 10.1.0.13. However, when I checked the existing driver in device manager, it says 10.1.0.13

Should I try updating via Software Installer? Or should I try the generic driver from Intel's site (10.1.0.15)?
