I have a logitech wireless keyboard / mouse combo.Model S510. I use it on a advanced mini doc, however it disables only the internal thinkpad kb, the trackpoint/touchpad still work. Even when I properly de-dock the keyboard doesn't come back. When I suspend / resume it does, very frustrating, any ideas, anyone use a wireless kb/mouse? I have tried with a blue tooth version and did not have the problem with that...

I have the same problem here. Z61m with a Logitech Di Novo keyboard/mouse set. It happens even if I don't use the provided cradle (and connect everything up using Bluetooth), or if I plug the cradle in and use the devices in the non-Bluetooth mode.

My suspicions are that it's in the Setpoint drivers, as everything seems to work reliably when those aren't installed. I also tried an old version of Setpoint (2.2) and this problem didn't occur, but with that version the keyboard and mouse kept on dropping out every 10-15 minutes or so.

HOWEVER, when I was trying out Vista RC2 with the latest Setpoint drivers, this problem went away 95% of the time.. So at least there's some light on the horizon somewhere.

There is an option in the BIOS to disable the track point and track pad when the T60 detects an external PS2 mouse, I wonder if their is also a setting for the keyboard? Or if perhaps the BIOS is disabling the keyboard instead of the mouse? I'd check the settings there first. Just a thought.

Strangely enough after installing the old (2.2) Setpoint drivers on a fresh XP install, the Logitech keyboard has been rock stable for days, and there's been no worries re: the ThinkPad keyboard being disabled until after a speed/wake cycle.
