Faulting application vzaccess manager.exe VZ Wireless Access

I am completely miffed! Does anyone know what the root cause of this might be? I did a Rescue and Recovery the first time Verizon Wireless Access Manager failed to load after it was running without fail. Two times now and I can't isolate why the software decides not to play nice. It is too random.

I removed the software and performed a reinstall. To no avail the application will not load anymore.

I am not getting any ROI on this Verizon Wireless Access Manager. $59.99 a month and I used it once.

I had to remove Thinkpad's version of Access Connection Manager and Verizon's software ran without a hitch.
