My intergrated wireless card has been shutting down and coming back online as of late. I checked the router and that is not the problem. Some days it does not happen at all, and other days it occurs every 5 minutes. Any suggestions?

What kind of router do you have?

Update the router's firmware and the wireless card drivers.
