Client Security Setup Wizard hanging

So after installing the Client Security Solution and going throught the wizard to set it up.. the wizard hangs, at the final processing step. gets throught setting the authentication method, but is forever/continuously processing creating system keys.. all i can do is kill the process and the setup never occurs.
anyone else have this problem?

Isn't there a Lenovo/IBM Knowledge Base to search? I haven't had an IBM computer since the Aptiva which had lousy support so I don't know what to expect.

that's because you have to go to the bios
& go to client security chip setting
& clear it (so that previous data is gotten rid of, or computer will get confused on which data to use, etc.)
this happened to me before
or if it's turned off, turn it on.
I tried this and it didnt work for me either.
..and I thought this was a problem only I had.
I might call IBM about this.
I guess I belong to 2 clubs now..
(1) the WLAN does not appear in Fn + F5 menu Club
and
(2) the Client Security Solution wizard hangs forever Club
