for now i gave up on auto updates and have done them manually in the device matrix. all are there (many updates) one don't let it fool you, the video driver is new but on the matrix page still shows old date, that and the bios are the 2 most important. stay tuned for bios 1.06

Bought a T430 that's still on BIOS v2.61. Latest version is 2.72. I know that large jumps forward in BIOS versions can sometimes result in problems....
