I just got my T60p (2007-86U) and the Video Card shows 512MB

Is this ok ?, I thought it comes with 256MB of Video Memory, any previous experience ?, thanks

It's the ati hypermemory(I think that is the name) who can use some of you normal RAM, and therefore report 512MB.
T60; T2500, 1GB RAM, 100GB, 7200RPM 100GB hitachi drive, 14.1" SXGA(1400x1050), ATI Mobility Radeon X1400, DVD-RW, Intel WLan 3945 a/b/g. + new sony 6-cell battery

it's been posted before, so a search should turn up some threads with a lot of good information about this topic.

But for short: the card has 256 MB onboard video RAM and can take an additional 256 from your main RAM if needed, totalling in 512 MB.
