Native Command Queuing not working?

Okay, so I was exploring my t60p and installed the Intel Matrix Storage Console to get some info about the i/o chipset. While looking around, I saw that the SATA controller was in AHCI mode, and the specsheet for my hard drive, the Samsung 7k100 I believe, says that Native Command Queuing is supported, but the Storage Controllers says that it is not supported, as you can see:

Didn't someone else also see this when they installed OSX on their TP?

Yeah, they did. But their fix didn't seem to really apply to my situation, as I read it.
