T41 bay battery work in T60?

I have a bay battery from a T41. Can it be used in the bay of the T60? I tried and it doesn't seem to want to go in.

I don't want to force it in. It is supposed to be compatible or not?

If it is an ultrabay slim battery, and you're trying to put it in the ultrabay slim, it should go in and work as far as I know, especially since an utrabay slim bay is the same across all thinkpads.

It an ultrabay slim battery. But it doesn't seem to fit into the T60. It does work in the T41. It's a tiny but smaller than the CDRW drive that fits in the T60. It doesn't want to go all the way in.
