T60 & Adv Mini Dock Connection Tray Issue

I have a problem I am hoping someone can fix.

I have a T60 (200763U; XP Pro). When docked in the advanced mini dock, after about an hour or so (it always varies), my wireless will suddenly go dead. At the same time, my connection tray will freeze. Right clicking on an icon in the tray will not bring up the menu. When I move my cursor over any of the icons, those little bubbles fail to appear. Double clicking on an icon also results in nothing.

The only way to get the wireless working again is by restarting my computer. But when I restart or shut down, I get three successive "End Program" windows in the following order:
1. AcTrayWnd;
2. AcWLIconWnd;
3. Connections Tray.

When I am not docked, I dont have this problem. I dont have any problems at all with either the wireless or the tray.

What is the problem here? I suspect the connections tray problem is causing the wireless problem, and not the other way around. IBM tech support told me my Windows must be corrupted and that I have to reformat the drive, but I suspect they just tell everyone that when they dont know the answer. Before I nuke the drive, does anyone know how to fix this issue? I have to restart my computer about 5-6 times a day because of this problem, and its driving me nuts.

Thanks in advance!
