What is the memory usage on your T60 when idle?

When I check the memory usage by using the task manager, it came up with a huge number: 422 MB. This is when the system is idle. I wonder what results you guys get on your T60. And I would apprecieate any help on reducing the memory usage.

Mine is about that much... I think because of some set aside for HyperMemory. Available Physical Memory still shows about 220 - 240 MB. Aside from these two, I have no idea how the other numbers in task manager are calculated, no two add together to any one of the others.
