ThinkVantage Productivity Center Question

I recently updated the "ThinkVantage Productivity Center" and now whenever I click on "Welcome", and get the "ThinkVantage Technologies" window, I don't have the option to "Launch" each application other than the "Active Protection System". I tried uninstalling and reinsalling the "ThinkVantage Productivity Center" application, but no go. The only link available I have for per-program I select (such as Access Connections, Client Securty Solutions, Rescue and Recovery and System Update) is the "Learn More" link. Any ideas on how to get them it back?
