This 160Gb 2.5" 4200rpm Fujitsu mobile SATA drive is now shipping for around $200, and appears to be the largest shipping 2.5" mobile SATA drive. However it appears to be a 12.5mm drive. I assume no current SATA compatible Thinkpad can accomodate a 12.5mm thick drive. Anyone try this drive? Thoughts? Feedback? Older Thinkpads could accomodate 12.5" drives, but those took PATA drives. I know Fujistu plans to ship a 200Gb SATA mobile drive in Q3, that one also appears to be a 12.5mm drive as well. Maybe I'm missing something, but are all mobile SATA drives 12.5mm?

No, they are almost all 9.5mm. That 12.5mm drive is an odd duck; it's not made for notebook computers at all.
