In the thread "T60 with 2GB (2 x 1GB SODIMMs from Lenovo) Locks Up" it seems like most of the people who had that problem had at least one 1GB Micron stick from Lenovo. I would wager a guess that the Micron sticks that are put in from the factory are not playing nicely with others.
