I'm planning on getting a 15" T60p soon (200793U), but was wondering if anyone knows of a laptop with a 14" UXGA (1600x1200) screen?
I used to have a Dell Inspiron 4150, and that had a 14.1" UXGA screen, which was *great*
The 15" T60p seems like a great machine, but it's 1" longer and wider than the 14.1" version -- I'd love to have that space back.
thanks,

I don't think Thinkpads ever have a 14.1" UXGA option.

From what I can see, UXGA is not available for the T60 14in, however, it is my personal opinion that SXGA+ is the perfect resolution for this type of screen. SXGA+ is extremely dense on a 14in, let alone a 15in.

I have the T60p with UXGA. I set the resolution to 1024 x 768 resolution and turned on MS Clear Type. It gives me a better font size and the clear type fixes any font distortion.
I have put it side by side to other non-UXGA T60 models - and the clarity of the screen and brightness is superb with the 15" UXGA.
This was the same for my T43P 15" with UXGA.

I haven't seen a 15" UXGA screen but I'm assuming that 14" SXGA+'s tightness will look similar to 15" UXGA.

if my tightness you mean low pixel pitch, then i agree
.. well, i'd agree anyway. YEAH!

The Inspiron 4150 has a 14.1" SXGA+ display, not a UXGA.
AFAIK there's no such thing as a 14.1" UXGA display.
