UAA High Definition Audio class driver

where can I download this driver? I don't have it backed up from the initial system, and tried downloading a Realtek one that doesn't seem to work.

In the middle of the page above you will see the following:
Installation instructions

UAA High Definition Audio Class Driver (Article ID 888111) provided by Microsoft should be installed before installing this package.

Yes, I've been to that microsoft page and have searched it for a link to download the driver. Unfortunately, it does not offer one. Any other suggestions? or if it is small enough to send through email and someone would be kind enough to do so...

UAA High Definition Audio class driver using the Search button at the top of the forum page, with the radio button selected "Search for all terms", brought up (4) threads on this issue. See one of these threads below.
