Blue screen NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error

I bought 1G memory http://www.buy.com/prod/1GB_DDR2_667MHZ ... 75044.html with new T60, and installed it same day when I got the T60 (2623D6U).

But an annoying starts happening after two weeks.
Sometimes not very often (once in 36 hours) T60 went to blue screen
and some messages displays like below:

*** Hardware Malfunction
Call your hardware vendor for support
NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error
*** The system has halted ***

I though it's because of the memory first, then I used Pc-Doctor to check the memory several times, but all passed. I also contacted the memory manufacturer, they said the memory is non-parity and will to replace a new one to me --- but i have to send it back first.

I also did some research on this issue, it can also be caused by PCI device and/or device driver. So I upgraded all drivers to the latest, even BIOS (1.07) last night. I will update if this issue happened again.

I don't want to ask for a replacement (T60 or Memory) if I can't identify where is the problem.

Any suggestion/comments? Thanks!

Feedback on 9/8:
This issue happend twice more on 9/5 and 9/7 night at home --- seems it's caused by my D-Link wireless router? since it doesn't happen in the office --- I use it more often in office now.
