Largest SATA Drive?

Hey guys, what is the largest SATA drive available? I'm thinking of getting the UltraBay adapter. I can't decide between the 100GB 7200RPM drive or go for a larger slower drive. I can't seem to find a 160GB SATA 5400RPM drive though. Samsung makes a 160GB 2.5 drive but it's ATA. Do you guys know if there's an SATA version of the 160GB drive?

Check on Ebay Hitachi brand 160GB 5400rpm. But myself if I am to upgrade I will wait for thr Seagate 160GB 7200rpm coming soon.

I read somewhere that there will be up to 250 gig perpendicular 2.5" drives within the next year or so. Before perpendicular I believe the max as 120 gig and they upped it to 160 gig. Can anyone confirm?

If you look really far into the future, Seagate has this new nanotube lubrication system to cram more data into the HDD. IF they make it affordable, the preliminary specs for max HDD space is as follows:
1.8": 700 GB
2.5": 1.47 TB
3.5": 9+ TB
We can always dream...

Well I only brought it up because it's happening relatively near in the future. I was just wondering if anyone had a more specific date.
