I was wondering if it is possible to make the fn media keys (the arrow keys) global in the sense that they can be used outside of the program, specifically iTunes. When I run it, I can only use those keys when I am physically in the program and not when I am minimized, which essentially defeats the point for me.

i also want an answer to this...i'm used to having the logitch media keys on the top of my keyboard that i can use even when i'm not in iTunes

Either with the media keys or with a new, user-defined set.
