I had set my battery threshold at charging will start when below 50% and stop at 90%. Will the battery continue to charge after it reached 90%. Or the electric is cut off from there after 90% of charge?

Sorry, for asking a noobish and dumb question. I am just another confused and stupid person. Please explain to me. Thanks.
