Everytime I open the lid of my T60P, I have to hold the base in position. Otherwise, the base will be lifted as well....
Don't know whether the hinge connecting the Lid and the base is too tight or other issues.
Anyone has the same issue or any method to solve it ?

gigga, Welcome to the world of TP fans
The perfect way of opening the lid is to 1 hand holding the base and the other hand should hold the middle of the lid then you pull the lid open. DO NOT use 1 hand to open the lid on 1 side. I had done this before and my T60\'s hinge got some problem later on and luckily i got warranty. Managed to change the damaged hinge for free...
& IBM is NOT happy with me now!!!
