Finally got my T60 today!

So for the past few days I have been going to the mailroom here at school to see if my new obession came that day. Today, the 2nd time was a charm. Opened it up in the campus center and on the outset I was impressed. Ill post pics of this next to my Gateway M305CRV in the correct forum soon.

The difference is night and day. No more flimsy plastic. From the top of the screen the Gateway had over an inch of play in the hindges.

My T60 has the intel pro wireless, however I do not see any 'outdents' on the LCD screen. I thought this had external antenna, but I guess I was wrong.

I was in class with it tonite downloading updates and running word processing while downloading iTunes, the fan never turned on and the bottom is not warm either. I was on portable settings so that may have been part of it. It is silent! sweet!!!

The only "outdents" you get is the external antenna for the Verizon/other cellular data service.
