I have ordered an extra 1GB memory for my T60p, and the memory came with 2 paper sticks on each side. Should I remove them before install, or I can leave them there?

You mean two little pieces of paper, like labels on the sides? If thats what you are talking about, leave them on. You will lose the warranty if you remove them (does it say, "Warranty Void If Removed"?).

Yes, there 2 small piece of paper on both side, one labels "HYS64T 128021HDL-3S-B, Assembled in China, 1GB 2Rx8 PC5300S-555-12-E0"
The other one say 1GB PC2-5300 CL5 1.8V D N (128Mx64) (4L) Origin: CN QPT: 40Y7734 FRU: 40Y8403 QIM 2006-08-07". I did not see "Warranty voild if removed? on the sticks.

It should not hurt to leave them on.

I would leave them one, just in case there is a warranty issue...not to mention future resale opportunities for you, if you upgrade.
