How do I get Web Support to work (on ThinkVantage menu) ?

UK Thinkpad T60/WinXP Pro


Hi

How do I get Web Support to work?

If I hit ThinkVantage button,
select Web Support, I then go to this URL
http://www.pc.ibm.com/cgi-bin/tpsolutio ... anguage=en

But it doesnt work!

For some reason, the "Web Support" link used to work for me until about a couple of weeks ago. I tried creating a custom item in the configuration dialog to open the model specific driver-download page, but wasn't too sure what the command was (the web address by itself didn't work).

I too would like to know how to get this working again.

I would just like to confirm that that URL *still* doesnt work...
Very strange. I mean why on earth don't IBM put a fowarding page up?! There must be literally thousands and thousands of people who like me have just bought their T60 laptops... only to find web support doesnt work!

I don't have a T60, but I clicked on your link above and got the following:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, psgiroot@raleigh.ibm.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Did you try emailing the address I bolded in the quote above?
