Anyone else have a rattle problem with the t60 closed?

It seems like the part that snags the bottom of the laptop is to long so it rattles when it is sitting in my car or I am walking with it. Anyone else have this problem?

Not exactly sure which part you are refering to. If you are talking about the screen latch, then no my T60p does not have much play there. I do however have the oft seen battery looseness that causes some rattling.

Yes I am talking about the screen latch, my battery is pretty snug.

Yes, mine rattles a bit when i travel around with it.

my lid rattles/jiggles just a bit too, but i try not to obsess over it.

Yep, mine is a tad loose too... maybe 1-2 millimeters. I don't like to obsess, except past laptops don't do this (or have a loose battery).
Any idea how to tighten this up?
