General Questions

I called Customer Service in regards to the LCD discoloration and they said that they'll perform an exchange. By returning my current one, they will send me a new one. Except the sales representative was rather fuzzy in explaining to me the details of the exchange. I had purchased Thinkpad Protection along with my current notebook except supposedly I will be returning that too.

He told me to wait for an order confirmation yesterday and then order the warranty but then he said that I would have to order it when I received my notebook. Can anyone clarify that? Also, should I transfer my information via network or is it possible for me to swap hard drives?
