Which second memory to buy?

I am planning to add a second 1G memory to my T60. I have five choices:
Kingston KTL-TP667/1G made specially for T60 $121.99
Kingston valueram KVR667D2S5/1G $88.99
CORSAIR ValueSelect Model VS1GSDS667D2 $87.99 50 reviews and 4 eggs
Patriot PSD21G6672S $79.99, 98 reviews and 5 eggs
G.SKILL F2-5300PHU1-1GBSA $79.99, 94 reviews and 5 eggs
Kinston and corsair are more famous but patriot and G.skill have better reviews on newegg.
Can someone help me choose which one to buy? Is it worth to build a dual channel memory for Ati video card?
I also have a problem regarding the keyboard. When I quickly press capslk then w and then capslk, the screen will show up a W and a w. Should I replace the keyboard? Thank you.

There is a very slightly larger chance the off brand memory will not work as it is not tested as much before being sent out. I used have used off brand memory with no issues myself.

I got the 1GB G.Skill. From what I know, the brand doesn't matter too much unless you wanna tweak stuff? I dont' know what tho haha.

I got the Patriot mentioned above from NewEgg. Been running it for 3 days. So far so good. Seems to be running at full rated speed. Also ran through the full memory diagnostic without problem.
BTW, for the memory diagnostics: ThinVantage button on power up, choose Diagnostics option on the left, let it restart, choose the quick memory diagnostic first, select all sockets, then if that passes do the full memory diagnostics for all sockets again. Don't panic if it seems like the diagnostic fails and nothing happens for minutes on end. Nothing quick about the quick memory diagnostic. As for the full diagnostic, better forget about the computer and do something else while that's running. It says 30 minutes but it takes a lot longer.

Luckly, Outpost still has it for the 79.99 price.

Wow, the price did go up! The 1GB stick of Patriot ram goes for $94.99 on Newegg. I just bought it a little over a week ago for $81.99. It shipped yesterday and putting it in was very easy.
My other DIMM is a Samsung 1GB; so far the 2x1GB combination runs flawlessly, no crashes and I feel a nice boost in photoshop.
