Issue waking up through the scheduled tasks

Hello,
I'm having a little trouble trying to wake my T60 up through the scheduled tasks.
What I mean is I wanted the computer to come out of hibernation (or sleep) and do a certain task, but it seems that windows is having trouble coping with waking up. The thing is that the actual computer (or BIOS ?) seems to initiate the waking up sequence (the lignts come on when emerging from sleep, and the thinkpad boot screen appears when coming of hibernation), but as soon as windows is supposed to kick in, the computer just turns off.
If I press the power button after that, the T60 just comes normally out of what previous state it was in as if nothing happened, and the scheduled task starts as was intended. The settings in the scheduled tasks itself are correct, as I've gone over them various times with tutorials.

Well, thanks to anyone with some input in advance,

mistamal

Hi,

i have the same issue on my t60p here. It happened 2 times to me, that the system come out of hibernation an then shut down, after reading the hibernation data from the hdd.
I was in the bath when this happen (power on and go to shower) - so i thought i "dreamed" that i pressed the power on button :-)

When ich made a restart, everything seems normal and my tp wakes up from hibernation...
