Replace XGA in T60 with aftermarket Flexview? Will it work?

Hi,
My wife has a 15" T60 (2623-D9U) with a XGA screen and a X1300 graphics card in it. Can I replace the XGA screen in her T60 with a Flexview screen? Or are are there technical reasons that would make this a bad idea?
I've seen replacement Flexview LCD screens for sale online. But I'm wondering if there might be some issues with the connectors, voltages, power, etc. since the Flexviews are 200 nit screens while the XGA is a 150 nit screen. Right now, I'm leaning towards the 1400x1050 Flexview rather than the 1600x1200 Flexview -- but don't know if it would make any difference.
I know the aftermarket/replacemnt Flexview screens are expensive. But I'm thinking a brighter, nicer screen with wider viewing angles would be nice for the wife. BTW, she wouldn't want to swap her T60 for a T60p, since she doesn't want to take the time to reinstall all her software on a new computer.
Thanks a bunch!!
Louis
