Can fingerprint security change with my location?

Hi. I just got a T60 (awesome!) and an Essential Port Replicator. Is it possible to change the fingerprint logon settings for times when the laptop is docked?
Basically, I'd like the computer to sense whether or not it's docked at startup. If it is, then it should automatically logon to Windows, without prompting for a fingerprint (or a password.) If it's NOT docked, then it SHOULD prompt for a fingerprint.
I've tried fiddling with Access Connections, but all I can find there is in regards to networking. Am I overlooking something?
