Hey guys,

I've got kinda problem with my USB ports. Over 3 ports, there is only one that works with my mouse. The other two seem not to have enough power to have my mouse work (the optical LED doesnt light up), but they work with all the other USB stuff I have.

Wierd no?

Devices should work the same on all ports. I've seen a semi-dead USB port on an X20 once, but I think it had something to do with the user having jammed in the mouse connector upside down.

If you have an external USB device with its own power supply, and it works, but the mouse doesn't work, it probably means that the 5VDC that the USB port is supposed to provide is not working. You might need a new motherboard. Do get on the horn with tech support while the warranty is "fresh".
