jon, just for the heck of it I did a repair install of the driver you listed and my ping times are under control <1ms. After a reboot it takes about 20 to 30 pings and it's at <1ms connected directly to my t30.

Have not had the spare time yet to call yet, but this does look promising. Gonna see how it browses our network tomorrow.

I get the same issue with Nightwolf after installing the driver. A ! appears on the network adapter seen in the device manager. In the driver's release notes, it only claims to support PRO/1000. I think there's something different between PRO/1000 and PRO/1000 PL.
