Yes there is, if I remember the diagram correctly.

HDAPS will also ramp the heads on any HDDs in the Ultrabay as well. :)

The cage covers the top of the bay.

Solid sheet of metal over the whole slimbaybay...and the hard drive bay....and the PC Card slot area....

Since these are big "cutouts" in the system, they get extra reinforcement.
