Hello :
i noticed even on batteries once the rpm of the fan hits

3200rpm and above , it will not go down even when the highest

temperature is only 60C I had to use the tpfancontrol to tone the rpm

down, this happens after i did the 1.09a update on the bios, any

comments is greatly appreciated, well any comments within the

context of the topic.

again thank you

Your CPU temp is 60C when underclocking at 800MHz ??
whew, you've a serious overheating problem.

I would have thought, it was normal for t60p to have those temp ranges?

I think your temp is not normal. I suppose you're running at full power with normal voltages on the CPU/GPU?

Some options:
- Replace the thermal compound on the CPU
- Underclock your CPU using NHC
- Underclock your GPU with ATi Tool
- Set NHC to 'Dynamic Switching' profile

My T41p CPU is 50-53C @ 1.340V (stock voltage). GPU is 2 degrees hot than CPU all the time.
Your HDD also could be causing some heat to spread over to your CPU, hence the temp

I think it's about T60p not a T41p and the hottest part should be GPU not CPU. My machine is just the same .
