One wireless adapter is better than the other?
Both use Core Duo technology, right?

If you run Linux, the Intel one is better supported.

It's generally considered that the Thinkpad a/b/g wireless has better reception than the Intel one.
Also keep in mind that only the Thinkpad wireless card is supported on OSX86 at the time.
Another minor difference is you will get a Centrino Duo sticker with the intel one, instead of Core Duo with the thinkpad one.

I used the Intel one whole day long. I dont have any problems with it. Tho I have not had the chance to compare the two, for me the Intel is fine.
When I go to meetings where everyone has a laptop, I often have the strongest reception.
